DANA RUBIN

Dana Rubin helps organizations develop their female talent to be visible and influential thought leaders, brand ambassadors, and business developers. She creates and executes strategies that build reputations, strengthen brands, promote intellectual capital, and support women rising through the pipeline into leadership.

Unlike most speakers, coaches, and consultants, Dana is also a speechwriter, message strategist, and speaking coach. Over the past twenty years she’s helped dozens of women in corporations, non-profits, higher education, and the law find their public voices, shape their messages, and take part in important discussions of the day.

She’s also a former award-winning journalist, with a media-smart perspective and a knack for creating attention-grabbing content that gets quoted, printed, broadcast, and shared through traditional and social media.

Dana is the Director of the Leadership Communications Roundtable, a professional organization for speechwriters, speakers and storytellers that she founded in 2004. She serves as a judge for the prestigious Cicero Speechwriting Awards, showcasing the talents of speechwriters around the world. She’s taught management communication at the Stern School of Business at NYU and public speaking to students in the New York City public schools. She also judges high school debate tournaments.

Dana received her B.A. in history from Yale and her M.A. in English literature from the University of Texas.

An evangelist for female thought leaders, she speaks frequently to professional groups, advancing her belief that organizations with visible and influential women leaders attract and retain the best talent, outperform their peers, and build stronger, more resilient brands.

Dana’s mission: to support women’s voices wherever ideas shape public opinion.
